Mark Gwathmey has his back aligned by Dr. Francisco Fernandez at Andrew's Air Force Base, in Upper Marlboro, Md., Thursday, October 30th, 2008. After sustaining a tramatic brain injury in Iraq, Gwathmey must now see six different doctors weekly to keep his tbi, seizures, anxiety and sympathetic nerve disorder manageable.
